The categories are open to companies that provide VoIP services to business users and this year has seen another strong set of entrants.

Senior Developer Daryl Burns said: “Soho66 are dedicated to providing a high quality, reliable VoIP service to our customers.”
“We’re very proud of our platform, and being nominated for these awards confirms that we’re offering exactly what our customers are demanding – the team are very pleased.”
The ITSPA represent a range of businesses across the VoIP industry, from network operators to service providers.
Malden Electronics conducted the technical testing over a period of two months for two categories Soho66 have been named finalists in; Best Business ITSP (Small Enterprise) and Best Business ITSP (Medium Enterprise), scrutinising factors such as call quality, background interference, packet loss and jitter.
On top of this, entrants in these categories were required to submit a written entry submission while entrants to all categories had to complete a written self-assessment, which was based on Business Performance, Innovation, Customer Service and a case study.
All entrants were independently reviewed by the ITSPA Awards judges and a vote will take place on the evening of the awards to decide the winners.
