Now in its 11th year, the event celebrates the very best practitioners working in the thriving north east contact and call centre industry.
It promises to be an evening full of glitz and glamour, as the event, to be held at Rainton Meadows Arena on the 21st November, is to be an Oscars-styled theme.
Around 160,000 staff are employed across more than 145 call centres in the north east, making it one of the region’s primary industries.
The event is organised by Sunderland City Council and managed by events management company Sunderland Live, and will be attended by more than 400 guests.

We celebrate how our contact centres here in the north east are amongst the very best on a world stage and that we’re all proud to be part of that amazing success.”
