Virtual Receptionist - November 2016

Job Purpose Summary:
To provide a receptionist service to clients of our brands Soho66 and Simply66. This can range from taking a simple message, transferring calls to the right person and answering FAQ’s or gathering specific information for larger package customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take inbound calls on behalf of our clients and follow any instructions they have provided
• Calls need to be answered quickly and handled efficiently
• Receptionists need to be able to decide what action to take on what call using the information provided for that client
• Must have a polite and courteous manner at all times
• Place orders and discuss products with larger package customers
• Ensure messages are clear, professional and to the point
• Transfer calls if required
Skills / Abilities:
• Confident and polite manner
• Good listening skills and a clear and polite telephone voice
• A good practical understanding of all aspects of Microsoft office.
• Excellent customer care skills
• A desire to go the extra mile
• Ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and professional manner
• Ability to work and process information quickly
• Team player
• Good standard of English and computer skills
• Ability to type quickly and accurately.
