JOB SUMMARY
We are currently looking for an ambitious, driven individual who is looking to build a career in sales.
We are a multi-award winning, cloud-based technology company trading under several different brands, providing B2B customers with industry-leading telecommunications services.
SALARY
£18k to £22k + commission depending on experience (OTE Year 1 38K).

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will be hungry to succeed, whilst also understanding that customer service, satisfaction and aftercare are key factors in profit-building. The following skills would be essential:
– Telesales
– Account management
The following would be useful but not essential:
– Contact centre experience (management preferable)
– Technical and telecommunications background
– Business utility broker
– Telecoms
You may be wondering what the role includes…
Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting in the setting up of customer accounts, utilising your product knowledge to advise prospective customers and dealing with inbound sales enquiries, making outbound calls – including call-backs.
As your role develops and you become more comfortable with the products, you will move into Account Management and assist in expanding our partner channels.
