Front End Developer - February 2016

We are on the hunt for a Front End Developer who can come and fit into our team, working closely alongside our marketing and development departments to ensure the content our customers see on our websites is right and proper.  Because we trade under a number of different brands, it’s rare that any two days are the same. We want to find a developer who is passionate about website performance and building and maintaining good, useful websites, with a keen eye for detail and a strong design and style aptitude.

Knowledge of the following is required/desirable:
– PHP
– WordPress
– ASP.net (particularly Visual Basic)
– Javascript (particularly J Query)
– Angular
– CSS
– Adobe Photoshop and Flash
– Designing and developing customer friendly websites
As you will be working very closely with our marketing department to help them build and produce content through our CMS’s, the following is a list of other duties you could expect to undertake:
– Management of their CMS’s
– Nginx
– Website/content changes (hardcoding)
– Knowledge of Google Analytics/Adwords tools (e.g. adding relevant tags)
– Involved in the building and distribution of customer email marketing materials
– HTML
